Microsoft Support. I need to have these removed. If I copy each cell one-by-one with the same process, there is no extra paragraph added. It's only with a block of cells. I need to retain the formatting in the Excel sheets so I cannot paste as Unformatted text or anything else. They are colored and formatted a specific way so that they conform with the Word report they are going into. Why is Word adding those extra paragraphs and how can I get rid of them?
